Strategy for SMEs with design thinking
These recurring SME projects used design thinking to define goals precisely and reach them. Each started with workshops that surfaced the organisation's real commitments and challenges, alongside a data-based analysis of industry trends and competitor strategies. From the strategy prototypes we jointly selected the best fit and developed the action plan. Most projects continued past handover, with the team staying actively involved in implementation and bringing in external experts when needed.

Our approach is rooted in design thinking: because good strategy depends on engaging the whole organisation, we start projects with workshops that surface the organisation's real commitments and challenges. Alongside the internal picture, we always analyse the external environment , industry trends and competitors' strategies , using data. On this basis we identify the factors that need to change and co-design the target state in a workshop; from the strategy prototypes we jointly select the one that best fits the client's goals and develop the concrete action plan. Most projects do not end with handover , we stay actively involved in implementation, bringing in external experts when needed. This is where analytical research meets creative, client-centred design.
