Balaton Cycle Route feasibility study
We prepared a feasibility study and cost-benefit (CBA) analysis to underpin a region-wide development of the Lake Balaton Cycle Route, connecting both shoreline and hinterland settlements, as part of the funding application. The work gave particular weight to the real target group and to long-term sustainable operation. We translated the complex content into a clear graphic executive summary whose elements were picked up by several media outlets.
In the Lake Balaton Cycle Route feasibility study we brought both shoreline and hinterland settlements into the cycling bloodstream , and the graphic summary appeared in several media outlets.
Project detail
We prepared a feasibility study and cost-benefit (CBA) analysis for the development of the Lake Balaton Cycle Route in the priority tourism region. The goal was to underpin a region-wide development that engages both shoreline and hinterland settlements. A feasibility study is a number-backed instrument of decision preparation , here prepared as part of the funding application. We placed strong emphasis on the real target group and on long-term sustainable operation, and translated the complex content into a clear, graphic executive summary whose elements were picked up by several media outlets , a good example of turning data-driven analysis into communicable, decision-supporting material.
