Attraction development: HUF 1.45bn study

For the funding application we prepared a detailed feasibility study designing a full tourism service package for the client's planned attraction, aligned with the region's tourism concept and mindful of local residents' needs. We built the concept from visitor personas and gave particular attention to the operating business model and long-term sustainability. The attraction created by the HUF 1.45 billion project was handed over in 2022.
