Cserkeszőlő tourism strategy
We developed the tourism strategy and visitor journey (VJP) for Cserkeszőlő on a data-driven situation assessment. The work surfaced the destination's strengths and points to improve, set the development directions and supply elements, and walked through the whole guest experience, from a visitor's first encounter with the destination to the end of their stay. The result is a set of tangible recommendations along the real visitor journey rather than a generic development list.

We developed the tourism strategy and visitor journey (VJP) for Cserkeszőlő, building on data-driven situation assessment. The approach combines the rigour of destination research with creative, guest-centred experience design: the strategy is not a generic development list but a set of tangible recommendations along the real visitor journey.
