Package and product development workshop

A two-day product development workshop with 20 Lake Balaton providers (VisitBalaton365, Keszthely): Adam Schmutz, as facilitator, guided the small-group work with a planning canvas template. The result didn't stay a plan – a real, bookable experience package was born (“Lake Balaton like you've never seen it!”), also covered by Turizmus.com.

A two-day, practice-oriented package offer and product development workshop at VisitBalaton365's brand-new destination management training center in Keszthely, with 20 Lake Balaton tourism providers. The program ran from the concept and legal aspects of package offers through cycling packages to pricing, positioning, promotion and invoicing. As the workshop's facilitator, Adam Schmutz gave participants a sequential planning canvas template that guided small-group product development module by module (target group, content, duration, pricing, marketing, sales), and also contributed as a digital/sales expert. Measurable result: the workshop produced a real, bookable experience package – a two-night Gen-Z (16–19 year-olds) Lake Balaton school trip at HUF 55,000/person, bookable online at balatonbiketour.com.
